Free Cooking Demo

Information/Orientation

Cooking Demos will start promptly at 4pm and will run for approximately 1 hour. These demos are taught by senior USU Nutrition & Dietetics students. Come get some delicious food samples and learn how to cook new foods/dishes! This session will be about Stovetop BBQ

Harvest Rescue

Student Activities

Harvest Rescue coordinates available ready-to-harvest produce from tree and garden owners with local volunteers to pick and donate the produce to organizations who can use it. Volunteers who harvest and pick produce are required to wear closed toed shoes and be respectful of the tree/land owners property. Volunteers under the age of 18 are required to have adult supervision during sessions. Volunteers are permitted to take home a small portion of the harvested produce in appreciation for their support.

USU Farmers Market

Student Activities

The USU Farmers Market brings community members together to purchase locally-made and locally-grown food, crafts and other products. Students are able to utilize the Double Your Bucks program which allows active USU students to double their money in dollar increments up to $6.00. Double Your Bucks tokens may only be used in the Market towards produce and select food items.

Join us for our first Esports Tournament of the semester, and we're hosting super smash bros. Come down to the Esports Arena next to Maverick Stadium in the old Distribution Center. The tournament is open to all students. Register for tournaments in the Fusion Play app or drop in day of.

College teams from around the Mountain West will come to compete, including our own Utah State team. Student tickets are just $5 with your student ID.
