Add an LTI Tool as an Assignment

This guide goes over how to add a pre-approved tool as an assignment.

In your Course Navigation menu, click Assignments

Click the + Assignment button

Change the submission type to External Tool from the drop down

Click Find

Locate and select the tool you'd like to add

You'll be directed to an interface for the tool you selected; follow the prompts and select the content you wish to add

Click Select

Set the assignment points and dates as needed

Save and publish the assignment
