USU Hosts Mathematical Association of America Intermountain Conference

All Aggies are invited to the 2018 Intermountain Section Annual Conference of the Mathematical Association of America at USU March 23-24.

All are invited to the Mathematical Association of American 2018 Intermountain Section Annual Conference Friday and Saturday, March 23-24 at the Eccles Conference Center on Utah State University’s Logan campus.

On-site registration is available for the conference, hosted by USU’s Department of Mathematics and Statistics, which features guest lectures, student competitions and networking fun.

Featured speakers include Deanna Haunsperger, MAA president and professor of mathematics at Minnesota’s Carleton College; Alex McAdams, senior software engineer at Walt Disney Animation Studios and Eric Sullivan, associate professor of mathematics at Montana’s Carroll College.

Discount registration is available for students.
