February is National Eating Disorder Awareness month and to bring more awareness to this issue, we will be teaching Every Body Rocks classes (from the curriculum designed by Brooke Parker, RD). This is a series of classes promoting Intuitive Eating and positive body image. There will be 4 classes taught by senior USU Dietetic students. It is recommended that you come to all four classes as they will all have different content but you can attend just one class also. Come and learn about the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating! Intuitive eaters march to their inner hunger signals and eat whatever they choose in a satisfying way, without experiencing guilt or an ethical dilemma. The Intuitive Eater is an unaffected eater. Our goal is to help you create a healthy relationship with food by discarding the diet mentality and teaching you how to listen to the messages of your body. Let's bring the pleasure back to eating.
