Styles of Service
Tax will be added when applicable. Service Styles include the following options:
Full Service Catering
Orders are set up at a location of your choice. Catering Staff will attend to the buffet and service the tables from the beginning to the end of the event.
A Catered Buffet is presented with full table settings or rolled silverware and drink station. These options include linen, china, glassware, silverware, menus, centerpieces, and service ware.
A Catered Buffet is priced per person and a service charge of $40 or 22% (whichever is greater) will be added to the order. Catering will provide linens for up to two check-in tables (one extra per fifty guests over 100), buffet tables and eating tables. Catering will not provide linens for any other tables. If a customer requests more linen, they may be rented for $5 per linen, which would be an additional fee to the order. Items cannot be added "a la carte". Anything added will be priced for the full guest count.

Corporate Catering
Orders are delivered to a location of your choice, presented on a table (provided by customer) with linen for the buffet table and seating tables, serviceware and paper products. We will then come and clean up the buffet table at a designated time. Seating linens and/or centerpieces are available upon request for no additional fee.

Will Call Delivery
Orders are dropped off at a location of your choice. All Deliver Only orders are priced using an a la carte method. Deliver Only orders do not include paper products but can be added for an additional fee.
Linens can be rented for on campus events only for $8 per linen plus a delivery service fee.

Will Call
Only from Will Call Menu. Orders can be placed to be picked up hot or cold. Client will come to USU Catering Office (TSC 232) to pick up their order or to the TSC Kitchen. There is no fee for this service. Disposable plateware available for an additional fee. All third party orders must be paid for 3 business days before pick up date.
