Change Network

The OneUSU CRM Change Network is a group of employees from departments across the university who play a key role in helping their teams prepare for the transition to the new CRM system.

This network is made up of Change Champions and Facilitators, trusted and well-connected team members who share important updates, gather feedback, and support a smooth and successful adoption of the new system.

As local “super users,” Change Champions help lead and guide their colleagues through the implementation process. They stay engaged with the program, strengthen their own CRM proficiency, and serve as valuable resources within their areas.

Our Goals

The Change Network aims to:

• Ensure active involvement and input from impacted areas across the university.
• Build awareness, understanding, and buy-in for the OneUSU CRM initiative.
• Foster ownership and advocacy across teams, departments, and campuses
• Deliver consistent, accurate messaging through trusted local channels. 

As the OneUSU CRM project continues to grow and expand across campus, representation within the Change Network will also grow to include more departments, colleges, and groups from throughout the university community.
