Guides & Tutorials

Your Learning Journey Begins Here

Training for the OneUSU CRM will use a customized train-the-trainer approach to help teams across the university transition smoothly.

If your day-to-day work is affected by one of the four phases, you’ll be invited to targeted training sessions. These will begin ahead of each staggered release and will be communicated directly to your team.

In the meantime, if you’d like to start exploring Salesforce — the platform powering OneUSU CRM — you can dive into Trailhead, Salesforce’s free, self-paced learning platform. Trailhead lets you earn points and badges, build your skills, and even pursue industry certifications.

On this page, you’ll find Trailhead guides and tutorials, user guides, tip sheets, implementation resources, and recommended certification pathways curated for USU.

Upcoming Training Events
The OneUSU CRM training model utilizes a train-the-trainer approach for the Salesforce Education Cloud implementation. We will host a variety of training events, which will be listed here and communicated to the appropriate audiences.
