Honors Alumni Connect (HAC) pairs first- and second-year students with Honors alumni interested in sharing professional advice with students in fields related to their own and introduces students to alumni mentoring with three targeted, yet casual conversations about the value of Honors over the course of one semester. Students and mentors connect with each other monthly from February to April via email, phone, video call, or even in person, as circumstances allow. The Honors Program facilitates and focuses these student-mentor partnerships by providing conversation starters in the form of a monthly prompt.
Students who successfully complete the HAC experience over the course of one semester earn 1.5 Honors points.
