This scholarship supports outstanding rising Honors juniors or seniors who have demonstrated leadership and a commitment to community service.
Eligibility:
Active, engaged Honors sophomores or juniors (rising juniors or seniors) with a minimum 3.5 cumulative/USU GPA who demonstrate progress toward graduation with University Honors, with preference given to students who have engaged in substantial community service.
Selection Criteria:
- Overall academic merit as determined by cumulative/USU GPA, as well as university honors and/or awards earned
- Evidence of progress toward completion of capstone project and graduation with Honors
- Evidence of strong commitment to community service leadership
- Demonstration of potential and motivation to create positive change in the world, particularly through community service
