How do I apply for graduation?
You must apply for graduation online prior to the semester of the your intended graduation date. The application process must be completed and all fees paid in order to graduate.
Important
When asked in the online application "Where do you want your graduation packet sent," select "Send to On Campus Advisor."
Approximately one month is needed to complete the entire graduation process, however you should plan on at least 4-8 weeks. When notified via email, you will need to pay the graduation fee.
The application process must be completed by the following dates:
- Graduating Spring: February 28th
- Graduating Summer: July 15th
- Graduating Fall: October 31st
When will I get my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed to the address given when you applied for graduation. Please make sure this address is correct. Diplomas will be mailed two to three months after your last semester ends. Please note if you wish to receive your diploma cover or your diploma sent via certified mail, contact the Office of the Registrar.
