Assignments in OneNote

Your personal library is meant to make private notes or individual changes to notes shared with every student in a class. Your changes will not be seen by other students, and you will be unable to view or alter other students' notes.

If you are already logged into a work or personal Microsoft account, you might have to log out and restart your browser for these instructions to work.

Personal Library

Class Notes

You are free to create pages for yourself to take notes in lectures. You can right click in the shaded area to the right, under the course name to find options, such as creating and deleting pages.

Handouts

This section is created by the instructor if there are documents that need to be distributed to the students. You can also upload personal files to these documents for easy access.

Be aware! Any files you upload here will be visible to the instructor and TAs.

Homework

Instructors will be able to send and accept homework to/from students through OneNote. Instructors can name the folder however they wish, but any changes made to the document will be saved for instructor review and grading. Your instructor may lock the homework file while it is being graded and you will not be able to make changes during that time.
