Logos
- Logos files: email campusrecmarketing@usu.edu
- How to use the logos
- Remember to respect area of isolation
- Respect minimum sizing
- Add "club sport" somewhere in your designs
- NEVER modify the logo (dimensions and color)
- Clubs are prohibited to use the Athletics Bull or bull-like designs
- All marketing materials must have a Student Affairs logo and "club sport(s)" on them
- Marketing Material must be approved by Trademark Licensing before produced.

Merchandise Rules
- Trademark Licensing Training

- All merchandise have to:
- include "club sport(s)" or club name as part of the main design
- use a logo (either merchandise only logo or student affairs logo) or spirit mark
- be distinguished from athletics teams
- comply with governing purchasing rules (royalty, etc)
- be approved by Trademark Licensing
- be produced by a licensed vendor
- Merchandise can not include:
- Athletics Bull
- Third-party items
- Sponsors
- To avoid delays and/or design rejections, please review all standards and email design to anaelle.sure@usu.edu for review

Marketing Request
- Flyer, TV Display, Merchandise Design Request:
- Campus Recreation's marketing team can help you design your marketing material. To submit a request:
- Email campusrecmarketing@usu.edu
- Include:
- Type of marketing needed
- Title or text to include
- Dates (if applicable)
- Information to include
- Examples
- Desired Completion Date
- Please be aware that requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to desired completion date.
- Website Update: email campusrecmarketing@usu.edu with page link and the edit
- Please be aware that requests should be submitted at least 3 days prior to desired completion date.
- Photographer (photoshoot or event): email campusrecmarketing@usu.edu with request
- Please request photographer at least two weeks before your events
Yard Signs
- Must be submitted and approved by facilities via the Small Scale Temporary Sign Request
- Requests take at least a week to be approved
- Yard Sign Rules:
- Cannot be displayed for more than 1 week at a time
- Limited to 10 signs for one event on campus, during one time-frame
- Only place in non-grass areas or planting beds
- Not allowed on Old Main hill, around the quad, or at major campus entries
- Removed promptly at the end of the display period
- Reusable yard signs can be borrowed for free from Campus Recreation. Please, contact campusrecmarketing@usu.edu to set up a yard rental.
TV Display
- Create a 1920x1080 design or reach out to the marketing team to create the design
- Follow all logo rules
- Submit a Digital Signage Request
- To be display in the ARC, email design to campusrecmarketing@usu.edu
Social Media
- All club sports accounts must be approved by Campus Recreation
- Username must start with either usu or utahstate
- Username and password must be shared with campusrecmarketing@usu.edu
- All accounts must use the standard U-State profile picture
- Clubs are prohibited to use the Athletics Bull or bull-like designs
- If you would like help with your social media marketing, you may set up a meeting with the Cordinator of Marketing: Email your availbilities to campusrecmarketing@usu.edu
