Youth Swim Conditioning Program
Our Youth Swim Conditioning Program is perfect for young swimmers looking to improve endurance and refine their strokes in preparation for swim team or for general personal growth. This program offers structured group workouts designed to build stamina and enhance technique in all four strokes. While the focus is on group training, knowledgeable coaches will be available throughout each session to provide guidance, tips, and corrections to ensure swimmers stay on track. It’s a great opportunity to improve your skills and gain confidence in the water, all within a supportive team environment.
*** This program is designed for those who have successfully completed Level 6 in swim lessons. Swimmers should have comprehensive knowledge of all four strokes and be able to swim a minimum of 500 yards. ***
Adult Swim Conditioning Program
The Adult Swim Conditioning Program is designed for swimmers of all levels who are looking to build endurance and refine their strokes, whether you're training for general fitness, preparing for a triathlon, or improving your swimming skills. Group-based workouts will help build stamina and improve stroke efficiency. Coaches will be on deck to offer support, guidance, and tips during each session. This program is ideal for adults looking for a flexible, effective swim conditioning solution with expert help available when you need it.*** Swimmers should be comfortable in the water without a coach directly with them, and be able to swim at least one lap. ***
Private Lessons
These lessons are designed for child and adult learners and give participants individualized attention to improve or master their swimming skills.
