Aquatics Policies and FAQs
Learn more about policies and frequently asked questions related to the aquatics program with Campus Recreation. If you have any additional immediate questions, please email aquatics@usu.edu.
- Only USU staff will be authorized to teach swimming lessons within our facilities. No activity for private gain is permitted at any time.
- USU reserves the right to combine classes if there is insufficient enrollment or to cancel classes if combining levels is not an option. In the event of a cancelled class, a full refund may be given.
General Aquatics Policies
The HPER Pools are primarily used for lap swimming, instructional fitness classes, and recreational play. Learn to swim and other instructional programs are offered by the Department of Campus Recreation at scheduled times. The USU Club Sports swimming team also uses the facility for practice and competition. When the schedule permits, outside organizations may rent out space.
