Please review the Tier and Pricing guides below and use the Reservation Form Links to the right to begin submitting your request. Reservations are not final until confirmed by a Campus Recreation staff member. If you have additional questions about facility requests, please email us at campusrec@usu.edu.
Reservation requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks before the requested event date. Requests submitted outside of this window may not be considered. Tier 3 Requests and Large Event Requests (100 persons or more) must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the requested event date.
Bookings that involve food, fundraising, or specific setups always must be accompanied by a reservation request.
Large group gatherings of 20+ persons from a single distinguishable entity may constitute a billable facility use as the formidable presence deters the open recreation framework championed in our facilities. Group conduct and eyewitness accounts will be evaluated to determine if charges apply, and host departments contacted.
Student Fundraising - All fundraising requests and uses where admission is charged are billable at applicable tier rates and are subject to approval by USU Advancement. Individual student projects are billable at Tier 3 rates. Confirmation documents will be required.

The first hour/week of Aggie Recreation Center rentals will be free for Tier 1 customers; after the first hour/week, an hourly rate will be charged. The ARC Indoor Climbing Wall is excluded from this provision.

Tier 3 / Third Party Bookings:
All Tier 3 / Third Party bookings require liability release documentation. To satisfy this requirement, parties may either opt to complete individual liability release waivers for all participants + pay a 25% non-refundable deposit based on quotes at time of booking to secure their space utilization (full payment due in advance of event), or, for those who meet insurance coverage requirements, sign a facility use agreement and provide an acceptable certificate of insurance for their parties (payment due at time of final invoicing).
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation of bookings requiring supplemental staffing and/or that are outside of normal operating hours less than 10 days in advance will incur the full staffing charges associated with those bookings. Cancellation of bookings less than 5 business days in advance will incur full booking costs. Offering specific policies on cancellations may apply.
