Areas of Specialty/Interest:
  • Intuitive eating
  • Women's health (pre & postnatal nutrition, hormone balance, menopuase)
  • Diabetes
Philosophy on Nutrition:
  • My philosophy on nutrition is centered on helping clients cultivate a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food by quieting the chaos that often surrounds eating. I take a weight-neutral approach, focusing instead on individualized guidance that honors both medical needs and personal goals. By empowering clients with practical, sustainable strategies, I aim to support long-term lifestyle changes that improve overall well-being without rigid rules or restrictions.

About Myself:
  • I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2019. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees through USU and was born and raised in Cache Valley! When I'm not busy talking to people about nutrition, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and spending time with my family. With my very rambunctious toddler, I never really have any quiet moments (or a moment to sit down).

  • Recovery and Healing
  • Cooking, Budgeting, and Food Access/Security
Philosophy on Nutrition:
  • My goal is to offer guidance that's realistic to each individual and doesn't take away from life but adds to it. Good nutrition shouldn't be a luxury or a puzzle only some people can solve. I want to help take the guesswork and guilt out of eating by offering real, doable strategies. Whether someone's cooking for one on a tight budget or navigating a totally new stage of life, I want them to leave our conversations feeling capable, not overwhelmed. I meet people where they are, with practical, compassionate guidance that respects each person's culture, circumstances, and goals.
About Myself:
  • I'm a senior in the Dietetics program at Utah State, working toward becoming both a Registered Dietitian and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. Outside of school, I'm a "retired" runner due to recurrent injuries, which has actually deepened my passion in nutrition for recovery and adapting to change. I'm a published author who loves writing stories, and I love just about any fitness activity.

Philosophy on Nutrition:
  • Nutrition plays an integral role in our everyday lives. It is the sustenance of life and greatly impacts our ability to succeed in our goals. How we intentionally nourish our bodies impacts the way our bodies and mind's function. Balance is essential to our health and happiness throughout our lives. Having a foundational knowledge of nutrition and how to implement it will give you the tools needed to succeed in your health and wellness goals, enhancing your quality of life.

About Myself:
  • I love learning and sharing what I know about health and wellness and applying that in the kitchen. Finding ways to experiment and implement nutritious foods in baked goods and cooking is a happy place for me. When I’m not in class or working, you can find me baking or cooking, reading a book, watching a movie, running, or dancing with my husband. I’m very excited for the opportunity to continue learning and sharing how to make small changes to create a healthy, balanced life.

Philosophy on Nutrition:
  • Nutrition is the foundation for strength, healing, and balance! I believe in using food as a tool to support both performance and well-being. Being intentional, listening to our bodies, and making choices that align with long-term health is the goal! Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, it's personal, and always evolving with us!
About Myself:
  • I am an avid weightlifter, and I love enjoying delicious food that also fuels my day! Anything involving the outdoors, family time, or animals has my heart, especially if I can enjoy all those things at once! I can’t wait to meet new people and help make life feel a little easier.
