Group Fitness

The USU Group Fitness program offers over 25+ fun and energizing classes per week for all fitness levels! Our certified instructors are committed to creating a welcoming fitness community for all.

Memberships are non-refundable and not prorated. No refunds for special events.
Drop-In Pass: $5, exact cash or card only. Refunds may be given if request is sent 24 hours after purchase.
No Show Policy
If an individual with a group fitness or all-encompassing membership incurs three (3) 'no shows' within a semester, they will lose their online registration privileges for one (1) week. No shows can be avoided by cancelling the registration for a class. Cancellation is available from the time individuals register to 30 minutes prior to the group fitness class start time.
