Ab Attack

30 quick minutes of core conditioning, focusing on the muscular endurance of your abdominals, obliques, and lower back.

Aggie 45

Aggie45 is a brand new, progression-based, 45 minute, circuit class. Programmed specifically to increase your muscular endurance and cardiovascular health! Join us Monday-Thursday or Friday for a full-body functional

Barbell Pump

Barbell Pump is a full-body workout using light weights with a high number of reps. Matching resistance training exercises to the beat of fun music, this 50-minute class will increase your muscular endurance and cardiovascular health.

Barre

Barre is a unique total body workout utilizing the ballet barre, light dumbbells, and dance-inspired movements to improve postural alignment, core strength, and functional fitness.

Cycle

This indoor cycling class is low-impact and perfect for all fitness levels. Instructors will utilize climbs, sprints, and flats set to fun music to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

High Fitness

HIGH transforms old-school aerobics into a highly catchy new fitness experience. HIGH combines simple, modern fitness techniques with fun moves and upbeat music.

Mat Pilates

This traditional group fitness class is a low-impact fusion of strengthening and lengthening exercises. Pilates is designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and balance.

Strength and Conditioning

This high-intensity workout includes functional movements like squatting, pulling, pushing, and lifting, designed to make training fun and challenging to all fitness levels in a supportive environment.

Yoga

Yoga focuses on increasing balance, flexibility, and postural alignment. Perfect for all levels, yoga will leave you energized once you complete a mix of standing, seated, balancing, and inverted movements at your own pace.
