What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching is a one-on-one collaborative conversation where a coach will aid you in achieving and optimizing your wellness. This session will focus on a holistic approach to develop intrinsic motivation, increases the capacity to change, and empower clients to achieve self-determined goals. The job of the coach is not to “treat” you, but to be your ally and your resource. Your wellness coach may refer you to medical, psychological, nutritional, and other health-related services if appropriate.

What to expect in your Wellness Coaching session?
Wellness Coaching sessions will last 45-60 minutes. The purpose of the session is to help you identify the best plan to fit your current wellness needs. Throughout the session, you will work with your coach to self-determine goals, and action steps for engaging in lasting wellness behaviors. The wellness plan will then be confirmed in a written wellness coaching agreement between you, and your coach. Hous are limited and will be available on a fist come, first serve basis.
