New Application
We’re officially live. The new Recruitment and Admissions (R&A) learner portal and application launched January 2026, for students applying for Spring 2027 and beyond. Prospective students now apply through a single, modern entry point that streamlines the applicant experience with a clearer path from interest to enrollment.
USU Participation
Staff and faculty may preview the new on the Test Site by creating a new portal account. This testing environment does not affect live student data.
Project Status
The OneUSU CRM project is progressing at a healthy pace, with work underway across all project phases.
The Student Success phase is currently focused on research to determine the best path forward for adopting Salesforce in this area. The University is taking a USU-first approach by reexamining Student Success priorities and defining the values and aspirations that will drive greater success for our learners.
