  • The USU Financial Aid Office (Logan) is open for phone calls.
  • Students wanting account information must know their SecurityPhrase when they call.
  • If a student wants a parent, spouse or other concerned party to talk to us on their behalf, that person must be listed as a delegate on the student's account.

  • We encourage you to email us from your email address for best results.
  • Email isn't a secure form of communication; we cannot reply (by email) with any sensitive account information or dollar amounts that might compromise your right to privacy.
  • Please do not send or attach any sensitive information in an email. You can upload, fax or bring it in instead.
  • Please note, most account information is generally available online through MyUSU and TouchNet.
  • If you still need to discuss your account in more detail, please call us during office hours.

    • Please note that Exploratory (Department) is split between Sara (Exploratory - all others) and Christina (General Studies only).
  • Aggie Prep, Prep Academy, and Bridge are programs. Please make sure to schedule an appointment with the correct counselor based on Department/College.
