Transfer to Utah State
A lot of students transfer to Utah State after attending college somewhere else. If you have earned college credit somewhere else and now want to become an Aggie, you’re in good company. Complete these four steps to become an Aggie:
Apply for Academic Scholarships
When you apply to USU by the priority scholarship deadline, you are automatically considered for all academic awards.
Apply for Non-academic Scholarships
There are many non-academic awards which require a separate application. Review deadlines and apply for these awards separately.
Transfer Your
Credits
Review which of your earned credits can be transfered to USU. This will help you know which classes to take once you are here.
Meet with Your Academic Advisor
Transfer students must meet with their academic advisor before registering for classes. Search our degrees to find your advisor.
"Meet with your counselor early. Your school’s counselor will help you know what credits will transfer, and the counselors at Utah State will help you know how you can utilize your transfer credits best!"
