We are heading down south to the amazing red rock and blue waters of Lake Powell to explore some of its many side canyons in sea kayaks. We will pack our kayaks with our gear and spend two nights camping on the lake. Participants must be able to swim and comfortable in open water. Trip cost includes sales tax, food, transportation, kayak equipment, tent, sleeping bag, pad and student leadership

See the beauty of Logan Canyon under the moon's light. Be sure to bring your hiking shoes, water bottle, headlamp, some snacks for the trail and warm clothes for the cooler nighttime temperatures.
Schwinn Spin Certification Course

Want to become certified to teach spin, but don't know where to start or don't have the time to study or take another class? We've got you covered! We're partnering with Schwinn for a one-day class where you'll leave fully certified. This class is open to students, faculty/staff, and community members.
Turkey Trot

This is a fun run/walk 5k on Friday, November 14th at 4:15pm. Join us with your family and friends as we take you through our beautiful campus! Registration is $10! Students, log-in with your A# to get your discount price of $5. We will have awards for the top three female and male finishers. All participants will receive a shirt and race bib when you register and show up to the race.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Training

The purpose of the American Red Cross BLS course is to train healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, EMS professionals, and other healthcare and public safety personnel to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Core Skills: Rapid assessment and visual survey; CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants; obstructed airways; opioid overdoses; critical thinking, problem solving, communication and teamwork; the Emergency Medical Services System; legal considerations
