Small Group Training Classes Start

Recreation

Utah State Campus Recreation’s small group training (SGT) offers hands-on fitness instruction/training while in a group environment. It blends personal training with group fitness, where during the 5-week series, participants can expect tailored progressive instruction relative to the class. Our first block is offering an intro to powerlifting and an upbeat pilates class. Only 10 spots are available for each class, allowing for hands-on training with instructors. Classes are free the first week before registration is required, and it is a great way to try out the class.
