After we announced our food truck closure for the summer, the messages, calls, and pleas poured in. We realized we just can't keep the food truck away from this amazing community. We are officially firing up the grill to serve you every Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-2pm! We will be located on the patio outside the TSC, just like in the past summers. We missed you and can't wait to serve you again!

Join Athletics and the campus community on the Quad to celebrate Utah State University's move to the PAC-12 Conference! The food truck will temporarily relocate to the Quad for this special one-day event, serving $5 hot dogs and chips. Existing customers are welcome to join the celebration!

Kevin is our Chef De Cuisine at The Skyroom and has worked in Dining Services for 10 years and with the University for 12 years. He has been cooking for 28 years, in hotels, breweries, passenger trains, oil rigs, and food trucks. Kevin created an array of menus for the food truck in the past and will continue this summer, while consistently bringing back fan-favorite dishes. Many of these classic staples have gathered a loyal following among customers, so make sure to check the menu weekly to see when your favorite dish is served.
