STEP 2: REGISTER

Complete Aggie Orientation

All incoming students are required to participate in Aggie Orientation, which covers information you will need to enroll and succeed at USU.

TIP: You may not register for fall semester courses until you have successfully completed Module 2.

Get Authorized for Early Registration

One of the benefits of being an Honors student is early registration. All incoming students who accept their place in the program by Monday, March 24, will receive an email by April 1, with instructions and PIN for early registration.

Select Honors Courses

Students accepted to the University Honors Program should follow the University Honors Program First Semester Guide, which has been outlined by our Honors advisors for students registering for their first semester.

TIP: In addition to understanding the University Honors Program First Semester Guide, remember to connect with your major advisor to understand the best first semester path for your major. Doing so will allow you to determine if Honors offers sections for any departmental courses you already plan to take (see Honors course list). Our advisors encourage you to take Honors courses whenever possible, so that you can engage with fellow Honors students, earn points in the Honors Program, and complete required credits all at the same time.
