Coursedog is a centralized platform used to manage curriculum and catalog updates at our institution. Through Coursedog Curriculum Management, approved department submitters can propose new courses, modify existing courses, create new academic programs, and update program, department, and college pages. These updates are then published to the public-facing General Catalog through Coursedog Catalog.
Access to submit proposals is limited to individuals who have been approved by their department head. To ensure consistent training and processes, each department is limited to a small number of designated submitters. Those who wish to submit a proposal should contact their department’s approved submitter(s) to initiate the process.
If a new submitter needs access, department heads may request access by contacting Toni Gibbons, Assistant Registrar for Curriculum. Once approved, access will be granted by the Office of the Registrar.
