USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister, present a workshop on picking eating. Is your child stuck on the same few foods? You're not alone—and there is a way forward. In this practical and supportive workshop, you'll learn how to move beyond mealtime battles and help your child expand their variety of accepted foods using a proven approach called food chaining. Discover how to use your child’s current food preferences—like taste, texture, and temperature—as a bridge to introduce new, nutritious options. You'll walk away with real-life tools, strategies, and meal ideas to support your child’s eating progress while reducing stress for the whole family. Perfect for parents, caregivers, and anyone ready to turn picky eating into positive progress! *Presentation will be recorded.
