Philosophy on Exercise:
From a very young age, I have valued the importance and necessity of exercise for overall health and wellness. I believe that nutrition and exercise are about improving the quality of life and maintaining life balance, discipline, and mental clarity.
About Myself:
I am a student here at USU studying nutrition science and one of the trainers for campus recreation. I am a NASM certified trainer working to become a nutrition coach. I have been a student-athlete my entire life, playing competitive softball, running cross country and track and knowing the importance of weightlifting, fitness and nutrition for well-being. I have spent the past year training females who are both brand new to exercise and people trying to reach their athletic potential. Whether you're looking to start a weightlifting regimen or want to build/tone, I'd love to help. When I'm not in class, you can usually find me here at the gym - say "hello" anytime

Philosophy on Exercise:
I love exercise! Of course exercise can make you physically stronger and faster, but it is so much more. Exercise is actual medicine for the human mind and soul that will make you mentally and emotionally stronger. People sometimes tell me that they don’t have time to exercise. But ask yourself, do you have time to be sick or to have that emotional breakdown that exercise would have otherwise helped you to avoid? Spending time in college with a personal trainer who will help you develop a personalized exercise program is one of the most important investments you can make in your future.
About Myself:
I’m from Cache Valley and have a variety of interests. I love skiing, hiking, working out, and watching (quality) Japanese anime. I also love dogs and cats. Last, but not least, all my personal training clients tell me I bring the best workout music to personal training sessions.

Philosophy on Exercise:
Exercise is about more than making it to the gym. Exercise includes “exercising” your abilities. It’s about building a lifestyle that allows you to be mobile in all phases of life, and doing so in ways that you find enjoyable. The best program for you is the one you will stick to, and I believe that is a possibility for everyone!
About Myself:
I am a USU student studying nutrition and dietetics, with a major in kinesiology. I have 3 NASM certifications, including personal training and nutrition coaching. I have a huge passion for helping people, making new friends, and helping them feel their best. I have worked with clients between the ages of 18-55, including pregnant ladies, postpartum mothers, students, and empty-nesters. I love the outdoors, dogs, music, and making people happy. If you're looking to develop a healthy lifestyle that's sustainable for all stages of life, find confidence in your abilities in the gym, and enjoy working out, we'd make a great team!

Philosophy on Exercise:
Exercise isn’t about aesthetics but about overall health. I believe that exercise in any form benefits mental and physical fitness! Not only are you setting yourself up for a future of pain-free living, but you are also growing as an individual the more you push yourself, try new things, and truly put your health first
About Myself:
I’m from Logan and come from a long line of Aggies! In high school, I was a competitive dancer, participating in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop, just to name a few. After I graduated high school, I found the gym and fell in love with how challenging weightlifting can be! I started going consistently and discovered my passion for group training and community in the gym. I wanted to be a CPT to learn the mechanics and the science behind strength training and to train more efficiently. I love being a personal trainer and learning more about my client's goals.
