Our Licensing and Brand Activation team provides creative assistance for professional "swag" and branded gear that celebrates your program while staying perfectly on-brand. From event giveaways to staff uniforms, we ensure every piece reflects the excellence of Utah State.

How it Works

• Submit Your Request: Complete the Branded Goods Design Request via ServiceNow.
• Consultation: Our team will review your goals, specific department qualifiers, and desired products.
• Design & Approval: We create a "Uniquely Aggie" design and ensure it meets Policy 5100 standards before sending it to a licensed vendor.

Pro-Tips for a Successful Request:

Plan Ahead: Please allow 10–15 business days for custom design work prior to your production deadline.

Know Your Vendor: We work only with FLA-affiliated, licensed vendors to ensure your gear is ethically sourced and of the highest quality.

Fundraising Note: If these items are being sold for a fundraiser, please note that a standard 14% royalty will be applied to the wholesale cost.
