The Alumni Center Rental Rates and Fees
Wedding Events
- Reception: (8 hrs) $800
- Ceremony: (2 hrs) $300
- Breakfast or Luncheon: (2 hrs) $350
- Wedding Dinner Party: (4 hrs) $550
Wedding Packages
- Reception and Ceremony: $875
- Reception and Breakfast: $875
- Reception, Ceremony & Breakfast: $1,000
- Additional time purchased: $100 per hour
Above rental prices includes:
- Indoor/Outdoor with reception hall, patio and garden area
- Basic set up and clean up for one event with backup plan for inclement weather
- Banquet chairs, 60" round tables, 6', 8' rectangle or serpentine buffet tables, 32" round or 4x4 square cake table, guest book and display tables
- Furniture in the lounge, grand piano and use of fireplace
- Twinkle lights on the entry pillars, patio pillars and shrubs around the garden area
- Floor and/or table easels
- Each additional set up requires a $75 change over fee
- Flowers and Decorating is extra

No Quincenerias are allowed due to limited capacity
Bridal or Photography Fee
All Bridal Photos are by appointment only. There is no charge for brides whose reception is held here. For brides not using the Alumni Center for their reception there is a $25.00 dollar fee when taking photos between 8am and 5pm. After 5pm and on weekends the fee is $50.00.
