Welcome to the Assistive Technology Learning Center (ATLC)


What is the ATLC and How will it help me?
The ATLC, in conjunction with Library Services, Student Technology Services (STS), and the Disability Resource Center (DRC), fosters an environment that supports the understanding and acceptance of individuals with disabilities. We have trained personnel to assist with learning the accessible/adaptive software, hardware, and other resources that are available in the ATLC. We are located in the Merrill-Cazier Library Room 143, so stop on by!

What is Assistive Technology (AT)?
AT is commonly referred to as products, devices or equipment used to help individuals with disabilities maintain their independence.

What services are provided at the ATLC?
-AT Evaluations, Consultations, and purchasing referrals
-Training on AT, CIL, and basic computer skills
