Organization Charts

The mission of the Facilities Maintenance Department is to support the overall mission and values of Facilities, maximizing a HEALTHY, SAFE, PLEASANT, and FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT. In conjunction with this commitment, we offer the following Quality Assurance Guidelines:

  • Customer satisfaction is the focus of everything we provide. To achieve customer satisfaction, the quality of our services must be our number one priority. As our services are viewed, so are we.
  • While new employees need training before they begin their work, it is generally agreed that unless new knowledge and technology is continually made available to veteran employees, they will become obsolete. Therefore, we commit ourselves to a progressive training and continuing education program in our quest for excellence in the services we provide.
  • The conduct of our department must be pursued in a manner that is socially responsible and commands respect for its positive contribution to the campus community. Our people determine our reputation. They are the source of our strength and they demonstrate our vitality.

If you have comments or suggestions as to how we can improve our maintenance efforts, please do not hesitate to let us know.
