What is the H.O.P.E. Festival?

Healing

Outreach

Passion

Effort

The USU SAAVI Office and USU Women's Center are pleased to announce the 1st annual H.O.P.E. Festival to be held in conjunction with the national Clothesline Project. The purpose of the H.O.P.E. Festival is to raise funds for CAPSA (Community Abuse Prevention Services Agency)---Cache Valley's rape crisis and domestic violence shelter. We feel strongly to do all we can to support this crucial organization and their mission.

During the past year, CAPSA has experience tremendous financial blows as funding has slowly been eliminated. It has become increasingly difficult for them to cover even basic necessities like heat and electricity. CAPSA's services are critical to our community and to our campus.

On October 28th, local business and artisans will be invited to campus to sell their goods and services. All vendors will donate 25% of the day's proceeds to CAPSA. The Festival will include refreshments, live music, and other fundraising opportunities, including a raffle of donated items. 100% of monies raised through Festival raffles will go directly to CAPSA.

Who is it for?
