Welcome to the USU Big Band Swing Club

Since Fall 1998, the USU Big Band Swing Club has been teaching and helping students, teachers, and the community to appreciate the American heritage of swing dancing. Still standing and better than ever, the history of club continues today, and we welcome all to come and enjoy the sounds of the great big bands from our country's history.

What Is the USUSA Big Band Swing Club?

The USU Big Band Swing Club is a Dance Club at Utah State University dedicated to the teaching and preservation of dances from the big band era such as the Lindy Hop, Charleston, East Coast Swing, and Balboa. We celebrate the Jazz music that was once popular in dance clubs from the '20s to '40s. We invite all to participate and to be a part of great American history, and to help it live on with us today!
