Zoom has designed the AI Companion to be seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
To access and utilize its features during a Zoom call find the AI Companion button on the In-Meeting Toolbar. Look for the AI Companion icon.

Zoom's AI Companion takes whiteboard collaboration to the next level with its generative AI chart creation. This feature allows users to instantly visualize data and concepts, transforming abstract ideas into tangible visuals.

From Text to Visuals:
The AI can take data that is on the whiteboard, and create charts from that data. Users can simply describe the type of chart they need (e.g., "create a bar chart showing sales data for Q1").  The AI Companion will automatically generate the chart on the Zoom Whiteboard.

The AI Companion can create various types of charts, including bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, and more.
This makes it easy to present data in a clear and concise manner.

In the Zoom meeting, go to More, then Whiteboards
