Record and Share Multiple Video Sources

When recording a Zoom meeting, you may record each video source individually (Active Speaker, Shared Screen, and Participants Gallery).  This option is not enabled by default but can be changed in your Zoom account settings.

Note: Zoom recording links only remain active for 180 days. After that time limit has passed, those three video sources will be delted. To retain videos upload them to MyMedia. Keep in mind in doing so, they will not be combined into one video.

Change Account Recording Settings

Navigate to zoom.usu.edu and log into your university Zoom account

Select Settings in the side navigation bar

Click the Recording tab along the top

Scroll down to see the Cloud Recording Settings
