County Coalitions

In the Bolder Way Forward Framework, grassroots is key to making long-term societal change, and that means getting the message to every city, neighborhood, and family in Utah. County coalitions in each of the 29 Utah counties ensure that happens. Because the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, the coalitions look at who is already doing the work in each spoke, or focus area, in their county and connect them with each other as well as with the statewide effort. Co-leads in each county engage executive leadership teams to help spread the work in their county and strategize how to help girls and women in their county better thrive.
