Bolder Way Forward for Utah

Regions

BWF logo

In the initiative, A Bolder Way Forward, grassroots is key to making long-term societal change. Because the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, seven regions across the state facilitate collaboration among neighboring county coalitions to address shared opportunities and priorities. Collective action and cooperation allow our county coalitions to more fully share resources, expertise, and best practices as they partner with government, non-profit organizations, community entities, businesses, and others that cross county boundaries.

East Central Region

Comprised of the Wasatch Back and Uintah Basin, the East Central Region stretches from the resort town of Park City to iconic destinations like Flaming Gorge and Dinosaur National Park on the edge of the state. It includes the least populous county in Utah, Daggett, and the wealthiest county in the state, Summit, reflecting the diversity of the region.
