Download a Secondary Video
Frequently when instructors take videos, they record their screen as well as their front camera. Downloading the primary video is fairly straight forward, but downloading the secondary video requires a couple of extra steps.
Enable Both Videos to be Downloadable
Before you can download the video(s) you need to enable them to be downloadable.
Click on the user icon in the top-right corner and select Login

Select USU Login and log in with your A-Number and strong password

Select My Media

Click Edit (the pencil icon) for the desired video

Select Downloads

Enable Source File

Click Save

Locating and Downloading the Video Source
Once your videos are downloadable, you will need to locate them, go through another process of enabling options to be able to download them, and then actually download the video sources.
Locate and copy the Media Entry ID
This can be found in the Basic Info section directly to the right of the video preview.

Navigate to My Media

Paste the Media Entry ID into the search bar and hit Enter/Return on your keyboard

Click Edit (the pencil icon) for the desired video
There isn't any implication as to which video is the primary or secondary video in the preview. But if you click on the video and both videos pop up in the preview window, then that is the primary video. If a single video appears in the preview window, it is the secondary video.
If you are downloading the primary video, even though both sources appear in the preview, only the source that appeared in the thumbnail will download.
