Make Media Private in My Media
You can remove a published media item from all media galleries by making it private.
To make a media item private again, follow these instructions.

Open My Media

Select the checkbox next to the media you want to make private

Scroll to the top of the page and click on the Actions dropdown, then select Publish

Click Private

In the Confirmation box, click OK

Refresh the page to see the media labeled Private
