Manage Question Banks

For Canvas Classic Quizzes, question banks provide the ability to randomize questions, pull a subset of questions from a larger set, or use questions across multiple quizzes (and exams). Question banks can also make it possible to tie a set of questions to a learning outcome .

You can bookmark a question bank to use the bank across courses.

When you are creating the quiz, you have the option of adding a question to the quiz from a bank. This is not recommended because any updates to the questions within the bank will not be updated on the question in the quiz.
